3. TÜSİAD Best Young Lawyer Award presented to this year's winner

The third of the TÜSİAD Best Young Lawyer Awards, established with the aim of contributing to the strengthening of the state of law awareness in the public opinion and to encourage the young lawyers with undergraduate or graduate degree and under the age of 40 to conduct distinctive research was presented to Mr. İsmet YURTERİ, a student of the Konya Selçuk University.

The theme of this year's award was “Tax Law” and Mr. İsmet Yurteri merited the award with his study “The Problems of the Tax Assessment Practice under the Light of the Principle of Justice”.

İsmet Yurteri received his award from Mr. Volkan Vural, Member of the Board of Directors of TÜSİAD. Mr. Yurteri's study “The Problems of the Tax Assessment Practice under the Light of the Principle of Justice” treats the problems of tax audit and offers realistic, practical and original proposals.
