TÜSİAD International paid a visit to Northern Italy

TÜSİAD International, Strategic Business Development Unit of TÜSİAD, visited Northern Italy covering Bologna, Brescia and Milan on 26-27 March 2012. The delegation was composed of TÜSİAD International President Osman F. Boyner, TÜSİAD International Honorary President Aldo Kaslowski, TÜSİAD International Vice-President Selçuk Saraçoğlu and TÜSİAD International Executive Board Member Giuseppe Farina.

TÜSİAD International held meetings with Confindustria Emilia Romagna, Brescia Chamber of Commerce, Industrial Association of Brescia, Assolombarda and Milan Chamber of Commerce in order to support the Turkish-Italian economic relations and add a new dimension in terms of sectoral and regional cooperation.

Fundamental topics such as cooperation opportunities, new doing business patterns for SMEs and possible joint activities in the coming period to improve trade and investment relations between Turkey and Italy were discussed during the meetings.

A trilateral Memorandum of Understanding was also inked among TÜSİAD, Brescia Chamber of Commerce and Industrial Association of Brescia to develop a closer relationship in the coming periods.
