The report that probes in depth the legal dimension of the termination of the job contract and in terms of working life practices includes the debates held in the meeting titled, “Meeting on the Termination of the Job Contract on the Basis of Performance and Re-Employment Cases” and organised by TÜSİAD on 14 May 2005 in Ankara. The said seminar is the third of the “Labour Law Discussion Series”, the first of which was the “Termination of the Job Contract and Job Guarantee in the Framework of the New Labour Law” held on 25 June 2004 and the second, “Job Guarantee and the Termination of the Job Contract Based on the Requirements of the Workplace” held on 5 March 2005 and the related reports of these meetings have also been published.
