The report that probes in depth the legal dimension of the “termination of the job contract and job guarantee” and in terms of working life practices includes the debates held in the meeting titled, “Seminar on the Termination of the Job Contract and Job Guarantee in the Framework of the New Labour Law” and organised by TÜSİAD on 25 June 2004 in Ankara. The said seminar is the first of the “Labour Law Discussion Series”, the second of which was the “Job Guarantee and the Termination of the Job Contract Based on the Requirements of the Workplace” held on 5 March 2005 and the third has been organised under the title of; “Termination of the Job Contract on the Basis of Performance and Re-Employment Cases” on 14 May 2005 and the related reports of these meetings have also been published.
