This paper does not aim to write down the prescription for new agricultural policies but to become a handbook for new pursuits in the first half of the 21st century. The objective is to enable the understanding of the constraints, to make the consistency between the aim and the means prominent and put forward the options. With this study we have aimed at completing the TÜSİAD Report published six years ago by highlighting the possible effetcs of the new developments.
