The report includes the updated version as of 2005 of the information in the section titled, “Current Situation in Turkey” that is a part of the report “Topics on the Agenda in the Field of Intellectual Property Rights: Road Map for Turkey” that was prepared in collaboration between TÜSİAD and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in 2004. The first report prepared by TÜSİAD in 2004 is an updated and an extended Turkish translation of ICC’s report “Current and emerging intellectual property issues for business” published in English and including important headlines.
