The Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC-IV) will take place 9-13 May, 2011 in Istanbul.
Within the context of the conference, TÜSİAD, UN Global Compact, UN Women and International Trade Center (ITC) will organise a seminar on May 10th, titled "The Business and Development Cases for Engaging Women in Global Value Chains".
In the seminar, Ms. Michelle Bachelet, Under-Secretary-General, Executive Director, UN Women and Ms. Ümit Boyner, the President of the Board of Directors of TÜSİAD and Ms. Güler Sabancı, the President of the Board of Directors of Sabanci Holding.
