TÜSİAD, has been organizing a series of seminars in order to raise awareness about the new Turkish Commercial Code in the private sector. The sixth seminar was held on June 20, 2012 at the Sabancı Center, in Istanbul.
In this seminar, guest speaker Asst. Prof. Gül Okutan Nilsson, from the Bilgi University elaborated the “Corporate Group Law”.
