The working group has been established with the aim of closely monitoring legislation in the field of competition law, conveying the private sector's views in discussions to influence changes in this field, tracking international developments, particularly EU legislation, and making recommendations for the effective implementation of competition legislation in Türkiye. In line with these objectives, the Working Group forms opinions on legislation and submits them to relevant authorities, including the Competition Authority.
